Fajitas With Friends
Last night I was invited to a friend's house for fajitas. This was great because it was one of my friends from Borders. I don't really get to hang out with any of the Border's crew too often. One of the main reasons I took the job at Border's was to make some new friends. My full time job is third shift and I work alone. I really only know about eight people out of the one hundred and fifty or so that work there. I used to work at Books-A-Million and most of us there hung out together all the time. That's what I was looking for at Borders, but I just don't think it's going to happen. It's looking like most of the guys at Borders don't spend much time with each other outside of work. I'm still making some quality friends so that's a positive. I was just hoping for more of a group thing. Friends are friends regardless, and I'll take all that with have me.
